Delicious German sourdough bread

My bread is made of natural sourdough, simply fermented flour and water. I use only organic ingredients, no artificial additives and lots of time to let the loaves ripen. This process makes my bread more digestible… and simply delicious!

Sunny Rye
Cracked rye gives this sourdough bread a rich taste. A bit of wheat and sunflower seeds do the rest.
Sunny Spelt
I you like it a bit milder, this version with cracked spelt gives this sourdough bread also a nice taste.
Power Pack
Rye and spelt are the main ingredents. Freshly ground anis, caraway, coriander, fennel, a dash of honey and a crunchy crust of millet seed give a spicy aroma and a rich taste.
